Meet Thomas Van Affelterre. When Thomas first joined us, he was a sporty but noticeably skinny guy. As an active football player, he had excellent endurance and a strong basic fitness level, but he lacked the muscle mass and strength needed to become physically stronger, more explosive, and more resilient — both on and off the field. His goal was clear: build more muscle mass and strength without gaining unnecessary fat.

We chose a smart lean bulk approach: enough calories to grow, a high protein intake to maximize muscle building, and everything tailored to his athletic lifestyle. Combined with full-body workouts built around progressive overload, we ensured Thomas became stronger in all key lifts and steadily developed more muscle mass.

The result? Thomas has become visibly more muscular, stronger, and more athletic, all while improving his football performance rather than sacrificing it. His physique looks fuller, his posture stronger, and his explosiveness has increased significantly. This is exactly what happens when you train consistently, eat with intention, and follow a structured plan.
