Complete training guide

First, this training plan includes a complete training guide that allows the individual to work independently with our training guide. Everything is explained point by point. This training guide is built on years of experience and knowledge about training. Among other things, terms and issues are explained and many tips are given per exercise, to put the client on the road to a successful and effective training plan that meets his or her goals! If there are still uncertainties or questions, you can always contact the coach for more information!

Training Approach

Secondly, we develop a tailor-made training approach for the client. Because everybody has different goals and motivating factors, everyone needs a personal and tailor-made approach. After purchasing our training plan, you can immediately fill in a questionnaire that provides us with crucial information for drawing up the plan you want. This way, we can personalize the plan and make it completely tailored to your needs, in order to achieve the best possible results, of course!

Tips & Tricks

Thirdly, we also provide a lot of tips & tricks with our training schedules. For each exercise in the schedule, tips are given for safe and correct execution, so the client can perform the exercise in the most efficient and effective way. There are also tips on the pace of exercises, how to make the best progress, how to plan your workouts, and much more!

Duration And Details

This training guide is good for a duration of three months, or 12 weeks. After this period, the individual will be able to continue their own development independently. If you want to work with us again after three months, this is of course always possible!
