Meet Aulon Doli, a dedicated athlete playing football at a respectable level. When Aulon approached us, he already had an impressive, athletic build and a low body fat percentage. His goal was clear: to gain a few kilos of quality muscle to become stronger and more explosive on the field, without compromising his agility or performance.
Together, we implemented a lean bulk combined with a full-body training program tailored around his football sessions. This allowed Aulon to train every muscle group effectively, build muscle, and maintain his football performance—the result: a stronger, athletic body that supports his sporting ambitions.
