Meet Thomas Foket. When Thomas came to us, he wanted to make one thing clear: lose fat while maintaining his muscle mass and strength. He was not looking for a quick crash diet, but a calm, step-by-step approach that would not undermine his performance or daily energy levels.
We proposed a controlled, gradual cut: a small caloric deficit to stimulate fat loss, combined with a high protein intake to prevent muscle breakdown. His nutrition plan was designed to be practical and nutritious, making it easy to maintain within his daily routine.
In training, the focus was on strength preservation. Instead of drastically reducing everything, we kept the intensity of the lifts high and minimized volume where needed — prioritizing the foundational exercises that support his strength and functional stability. Conditioning work was incorporated strategically: short, targeted sessions that support fat loss without compromising recovery.
The result? Thomas lost body fat while maintaining his muscle mass and strength. He feels leaner, more energized, and still strong — exactly what you achieve with a thoughtful, patient plan rather than a quick fix.
