transformation Robin De Meyer
Meet Robin De Meyer, 27 years old. When Robin started with us, he weighed 69 kg at a height of 1.82 m. For years, he had been very skinny: narrow shoulders, little muscle mass, and he never really looked “filled out.” He did train, but without a clear structure and the right nutrition, progress simply didn’t come. Robin had one goal: to finally build a muscular, powerful, and athletic physique.
We started with a clear plan: progressive strength training combined with a controlled bulk in which we gradually added more calories — especially protein — step by step. All of this without gaining unnecessary fat, because quality beats quantity.
The result after a little over five years of consistent work? Robin now stands at a solid, relatively lean 95 kg: +26 kg of almost pure muscle. His shoulders are broader, his arms and chest are fuller, and his entire physique radiates far more power. What started as “the skinny guy” has grown into a serious bodybuilder who is currently deep into contest prep for his very first bodybuilding show.
We are incredibly proud of Robin — of his discipline, his patience, and the trust he put into the process day after day. From 69 kg “skinny” to a 95 kg jacked physique: this is what happens when talent, hard work, and the right coaching come together.
Coaching
Coaching plays a crucial role in this process. It provides personalized guidance, optimizes technique, and helps prevent injuries. On top of that, it delivers structure, motivation, and clear goals, which accelerate and make progress far more effective.
Thanks to coaching, clients like Robin learn to train efficiently, stay consistent, and fully unlock their potential — resulting in lasting, sustainable transformations.
