2. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, and agreements between Team Peak Performance Coaching and the client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Services

Team Peak Performance Coaching provides online coaching in the areas of training, nutrition, and lifestyle. The programs and advice offered are personalized and intended to support a healthy lifestyle. They do not replace medical advice.

4. Agreement

An agreement is established once the client has explicitly accepted the offer (via the website, email, or other digital channels). By making payment, the client agrees to these general terms and conditions.

5. Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in advance, using the payment methods provided on the website.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal lapses once the client has expressly agreed to the immediate execution of the service and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal upon full execution of the agreement.

7. Liability

Team Peak Performance Coaching is not liable for physical, psychological, or material damage resulting from the use of the provided programs or advice. The client is responsible for consulting medical advice if necessary. Coaching is only suitable for healthy individuals without medical limitations.

8. Personal Data

Team Peak Performance Coaching processes personal data in accordance with Belgian privacy legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for client management, service delivery, and communication. See our privacy policy for more information.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, programs, and materials remain the property of Team Peak Performance Coaching. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use them without written permission.

10. Modifications

Team Peak Performance Coaching reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions apply from the moment they are published on the website.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disputes, only the courts in the district where Team Peak Performance Coaching is located have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
